               Historic Preservation Program

 

Through this program, the NATF proposes to provide technical and financial assistance to any individuals, neighborhoods, communities, regions, local and state agencies, public and private organizations, public and private non-profit organizations and private individuals that are in need of our assistance to help support any historic preservation activities and programs for the sole purposes of historic and cultural preservation and protection efforts.

 

Projects eligible for assistance from this program may interpret a single site, a series of sites, whole neighborhoods, communities or towns, or larger geographical regions and are to be in compliance of Section 106 Regulations and Processes as prescribed in the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.

 

The financial support of these programs and initiatives will vary in accordance to the named organizations or individuals needs or requirements and may range from fundraising initiatives and programs assistance, as outlined in NATF’s IRS1023 Attachment 13-Sections 1 and 2 as well as financial grants and/or donations of real property as outlined in the NATF’s IRS1023 Attachment 17-Part 1.
