Mission

Although the North American Tasks Forces is a legislatively authorized Non-Profit Justice Agency, recognized by the Texas Department of Public Safety as such, our mission is not only the enforcement of laws. Our mission also includes the utilization of existing local, state and federal laws and regulations and state and federal Antiquities Laws, Rules and Regulations in order to utilize this Nations Antiquities and Treasures to help us to help the helpless.

We do this by offering our services, free of charge, to all public and private individuals and organizations as well as all local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. These services include, but are not limited to, theft and loss recovery of fine art, cultural art, artifacts and relics, historical art, artifacts and relics, geneological heirlooms/familial memorabilia, lost or buried private, public, legendary, national and international treasures, hoards, caches and troves. These services are to be performed by our Agents or equally qualified and certified professional organizations, individuals or independent contractors in strict accordance to existing Federal, State and Local laws, statutes and regulations more accurately described in 16 USC 431-433 of the National Antiquities Act of 1906 and all applicable State Antiquities Laws as they apply to particular projects. The listed activities are to be described as being consistent with the efforts of Cultural Crime Prevention, Recovery and Education that are more accurately described in IRS 1023 Attachment 2, Part l, Article 3, Articles of corporation. These efforts will fund our charitable, educational and scientific activities and programs, as described in Part 1, Sections A and B hereof, and will be conducted, as required, throughout the Continental United States.

All profits that are generated by these activities come from recovery awards or rewards and are utilized to provide the operational expenses of the organization as well as fund our charitable programs and services that include community development initiatives, community revitilization programs, grants to organizations and individuals with a like-minded mission as well as grants to the families of an ill child that is sponsored by one of the many Children's Medical Treatment and Research Facilities we support, such as St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Cook Children’s Medical Center, Scottish Rite Children’s Hospitals and the Shriners Burns Hospital for Children in Galveston, Texas as well as support the funding of Bio-Dermal and Bio-Muscular Research Programs to aid in the treatment and recovery of smaller burn victims.

Funds are also utilized to support or provide therapeutic programs for the children, such as, Therapeutic Gymnastics Programs, Equine-Therapy and Archeo-Therapy Programs. But we not only help support the Medical Facilities that are providing treatment to the ill child, we also help the families of the child to maintain the standard of living that they have worked so hard to provide from themselves and their families prior to the childs illness, because the illness of a child can be devastating not only emotionally but financially as well. We help ease their burdens by offering grants directly to the families to help them pay the non-medical expenses in order to help them keep from losing their homes, their cars, their businesses... their "lives".

We not only help them to continue to put food on their tables and clothes on their backs. We help them continue to provide a stable home enviroment and continued educational opportunities for the siblings of the ill child.

We do this so they can concentrate on being there for and with their ill child in their time of urgent need without having the worry of losing everything through the closing of their businesses or through the loss of their jobs due to "time away" that is needed to tend to their childs medical needs.
